**Responsibilities:**

- Develop, implement, and manage effective ad campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.

- Optimize ad performance through continuous monitoring and analysis of key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.

- Create compelling ad copy and creatives that align with Adslity.com’s brand and campaign objectives.

- Perform A/B testing to identify the best performing ad variations.

- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and campaign management.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an Ads Campaign Expert or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful ad campaigns.

- Proficiency in using major ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar.

- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

- Ability to create and optimize high-converting ad copy and creatives.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.

- Experience in the ad tech industry or with SaaS products.

- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
