Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets.
Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and objectives for the team.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitors’ activities.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team.
Analyze sales performance data and develop action plans for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and promotional activities.
