For our initiatives, we are looking for an A&R Specialist to find and develop musical potential. Strong networking abilities, an acute sense of talent, and in-depth knowledge of the music business are characteristics of the perfect applicant. Finding new artists, assessing demos, and assisting artists with the development process are among the duties.

Requirements:
Proven experience in A&R or the music industry
Strong networking and communication skills
Ability to identify and develop musical talent
