We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Freelance ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Sales Specialist to join our team for an exciting new project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling ATS solutions to businesses, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and acquiring new clients in the HR technology sector.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients who can benefit from our ATS solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our ATS platform.
Customize solutions based on client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales materials and optimize sales processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Proven experience in ATS sales or related HR technology sales roles.
Strong understanding of ATS functionalities and how they benefit recruitment processes.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
